Obviously, they stay true to the Neapolitan tradition that made their pizza famous in the city. They bring ingredients directly from Italy (after all, nobody beats the Italians when it comes to mozzarella, provolone or mortadella). Aurel, the master pizzaiolo, lets the dough mature slowly, following an original recipe. The result is a light, airy crust—absolutely delicious! They offer all sorts of tasty varieties.
Okay, we know… Taste comes first. And maybe, equally, the atmosphere of a place. Luckily, this spot nails both. Located on the ground floor of One Herăstrău Plaza (neighbors with Pasta del Popolo and Plantini), the pizzeria looks really good! It’s a cool, youthful space with just enough retro vibes to give it a unique identity. Good music, no noise—the kind of place where you feel at ease the moment you walk in. And yes, they also have a shaded terrace if you’d like to sit outside .
